For Mobile Users

Download & Register

Download the Bhunethra app from Google Play Store or App Store. Open the app and register using your phone number. Enter your name and email address to complete your profile.

Verify OTP

You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered phone number. Enter the OTP to verify your account and complete the registration process.

Browse Subscription Plans

Explore our subscription plans - Free Trial (7 days), Basic, Premium, or Enterprise. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and subscribe using your wallet or Razorpay.

Search Documents

Use our location services to search for documents. Select District, Division, Mandal, and Village. Enter the Survey Number to search for EC, Pahani, Court Cases, or PT records.

Request Documents

Submit your document request (EC, Pahani, Court Cases, or PT). Make the required payment through your wallet or Razorpay. You'll receive a confirmation with a request ID.

Track Request Status

Monitor your request status in real-time. You'll receive push notifications when your request is processed, approved, or if any action is required.

Download Documents

Once your document is ready, download it directly to your device. Access your downloaded documents anytime, even offline.

Review pending document requests from users. Approve or reject requests based on availability and validity. Upload processed documents and notify users.
