You can register using your phone number. Download the app, enter your phone number, and verify with the OTP sent to your mobile device.

You can request Encumbrance Certificates (EC), Pahani (Land Records), Court Cases documents, and Protected Tenancy (PT) records including Section 38E certificates.
How long does it take to process a document request?
Processing times vary: EC takes 2-3 business days, Pahani takes 1-2 business days, Court Cases are instant, and PT documents take 2-3 business days.
